Staff: Meredith Brase

Meredith moved to New York after graduating from Indiana University in 2022. While in school she found her passion for organizations and programs that help children thrive no matter the resources they have available.

She started her professional career at the non profit organization (RED) founded by Bono to ensure treatable and curable diseases are available to everyone. While she loved her time at (RED), she missed her involvement in supporting youth as they grow.

Empathetic, passionate, and ambitious, the Friends mission reminds Meredith of why she values an impact based organization- especially one directed at helping children in marginalized communities.

She joined the Friends team in 2024 as a Development Coordinator and hopes to continue seeing the positive impact Friends consistently offers.
