Sandra Randon

Director of Development

Sandra is a first-generation college graduate from migrant parents, giving her firsthand experience with the barriers to success that marginalized communities face. This personal experience has driven her passion for empowering underserved populations and has informed her work in development addressing issues such as education, poverty, and homelessness. With a background in psychology and a master in public administration, Sandra has held roles as Director of Development, Associate Director, and Programs Director in various non-profit organizations.

Sandra has a wealth of understanding of the issues facing underserved, underprivileged populations and has honed program development skills, including project design, fundraising strategies, and effective monitoring mechanisms. She has secured funding commitments from bilateral and multilateral donor organizations as well as individuals and private entities, contributing to the growth and transformation of organizations. Sandra's recent experience includes serving as the Director of Business Development at STEAMRole secured countless funding partnerships with Fortune 500 companies and as Director of Development at iEARN USA, focusing on empowering an inclusive global community of students and educators.

Sandra's experience as a mother of twin girls has contributed to her team building, crisis resolution, and program management skills. This experience has helped her to cultivate a patient and empathetic leadership style, emphasizing clear communication and collaboration to overcome challenges.
