Staff: Jennifer Crawford-Delsol

Jennifer Crawford-Delsol brings over eight years of experience in community engagement, youth development, and family support, most recently serving as Director of Partnerships and Community Engagement at New Settlement YouthBuild. In her new role as Associate Program Director for Family Engagement for Friends of the Children NY, Jennifer is committed to building strong, trusting relationships with staff, families, and the children we serve.
Originally from London and raised in Jamaica, Jennifer holds a PhD in Counseling Psychology and is passionate about creating programs that foster growth, resilience, and opportunity. She values collaboration, open communication, and a strengths-based approach to leadership. Outside of work, Jennifer enjoys music, reading, traveling, and spending time with her family, including her grandchildren and great-granddaughter.
